U.S. Embedded Research Organization Javara Appoints Tim Neathery as Its First Chief Human Resources Officer – Tech Observer

In preparation for expansion, Javara, the leading U.S.-based Integrated Research Organization (IRO) in the healthcare industry, has announced the appointment of Tim Neathery as Chief Human Resources Director (CHRO).

According to the company, Neathery is a well-known clinical research manager with more than 25 years of cross-functional human resources experience. In his new role, Neathery will implement cutting-edge talent strategies to solidify an unparalleled employee experience, the company said in a statement.

“Neathery’s leadership will also guide Javara in developing and implementing long-term efficiency and scalability of HR efforts to drive the organization forward,” the company said.

Prior to joining Javara, Neathery served as Senior Vice President – HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, and People Insights and Analytics at PPD, where he led advancement efforts in HR, globalized the technical assistance from PPD and outsourced the contingent labor program.

Previously, Neathery held several leadership roles at PPD over the past two decades, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Vice President of Talent Acquisition. While serving as Senior Vice President, he also co-led the Building Talent Advantage committee focused on engagement and turnover within the company.
