Could you give Edinburgh rescue dogs Ziva (left) or Roxie a home? (Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home)

Meet Edinburgh rescue dog Ziva

The first standing Ziva is a cross between German Shepherd and Collie, at around two years old.

She’s a nervous girl and she needs an experienced owner and a quiet part of town to live in.

Ziva is wary of new people, especially men, and needs someone willing to spend time getting to know her.

Ziva is a German Shepherd and Collie mix who loves other dogs (Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home)

They will be rewarded with a very affectionate dog, who likes to go for walks, chase his ball and meet other canines.

Meet Edinburgh rescue dog Roxie

Our second daughter is roxiean American bulldog about a year old.

She is also nervous around new people, especially men, and needs a dedicated and understanding owner to help her with these issues.

Roxy is very affectionate and loves walks along the beach (Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home)

Roxie is very affectionate with people she knows, and loves to be cuddled and fussed over.

She is a playful girl who likes to play with toys and take long walks along the beach.
